Astro’s Playroom got a surprise update today that allows players to unlock a PS5 Pro from the gacha machine, and have it displayed proudly next to the base version of Sony’s home console. You can follow the link here to see a video of the PS5 Pro, which is also accompanied by two other gacha items.

Astro’s Playroom was first released alongside the PS5 in November 2020 as a pack-in title, which offered a great introduction to the unique features of the DualSense controller. Furthermore, any progress you made in regards to collecting special bots is carried over to 2024’s Game of the Year award-winning Astro Bot.
