Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is officially confirmed for a July 2025 release, but it appears that not everyone will be returning for the collection, as it seems that Bam Margera will not be part of the lineup.
Margera, who is probably best known for his antics with Jackass and CKY in addition to his skating, was featured in the original lineup for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and 4. However, he’s missing from the newly-published roster for the upcoming remasters. Publisher Activision has indicated more secret characters will be featured, but this is unlikely to relate to classic skaters, of which Margera was originally featured as.
Jess Margera is confirmed to appear in the remasters however, alongside the CKY song 96 Quite Bitter Beings. Bam Margera has struggled with alcoholism since the mid-2000s, and has since had numerous stints in rehab without completing the full course. His consumption of alcohol and drug use escalated in the early 2010s following the death of fellow Jackass co-star and friend Ryan Dunn, and was fired from the production of Jackass Forever due to these ongoing problems.
