Just over a week ago, images of what appeared to be a set from Fallout Season 2 were shared online. If legitimate, the pictures showed that the town of Novac will feature in the second season of the Fallout show, as the story takes us to the Nevada desert.
Now, new images give us an even better look at this set, as well as a hint as to what else could appear in the new season. As you can spot in one of the images shared today, there’s a piece of graffiti on a wall in Novac that reads “Khans”, suggesting that the faction will have a presence in the show.
Fallout Show Leaks Appear To Give Us Another Look At Novac
There are a few takeaways from this. For starters, Novac is looking rough. This isn’t incredibly surprising though, as New Vegas itself looked like it had seen better days at the very end of Season 1, so it seems like the surrounding area is also going through it as well.
Still, there appears to be some kind of presence in Novac. We can see a few pieces of graffiti, including one that reads “Death before surrender”, and another one that says “Khans”. If the two are related, then it’s possible that the Khans have extended their reach in Nevada, and are in conflict with another faction once again.
In Fallout: New Vegas, they are primarily in opposition with the NCR. In fact, they hate the group so much that they’re aligning themselves with Caesar’s Legion, not realising that this partnership would eventually destroy their way of life too.
The player is able to influence their fate significantly, with multiple different endings depending on choices in certain quests. Their endings include being integrated into the Legion, killed off by the NCR, or at best, leaving Nevada to form a “mighty empire”. With this in mind, it’s possible that the show will have to pick an ending for them. Or, this could be an offshoot of the group we saw in the game, we’ll just have to wait and see.
Filming for Season 2 has started now. There’s no word on when it will be released.
