Monster Hunter Wilds Saw The Largest Launch Week Dollar Sales Since Black Ops 6, Says Circana


Circana’s Mat Piscatella has revealed in a post on BlueSky that Monster Hunter Wilds has gotten off to a solid start in the US, recording the largest launch dollar sales since Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in October last year.

Monster Hunter Wilds ranked number one in weekly dollar sales across PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, with PC the lead platform.

Monster Hunter: Wilds enjoyed a great launch in the US market. Launch week dollar sales were the largest for a title since the debut of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 last Oct. It ranked 1st in weekly $ sales across PC, PS5 and XBS. PC was the lead platform.

Sony published the list of the biggest downloads on the PlayStation Store for February 2025 recently, which confirms that Monster Hunter Wilds topped the charts on PS5 in the US. Monster Hunter Wilds launched for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S in late February, and you can read our full review here.
