According to an Electronic Arts financial report, the next Battlefield game is set to launch within the 2026 fiscal year, which runs from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. This means that, assuming development doesn’t face any unforeseen delays, the game will be released before April 2026. However, the report doesn’t reveal any new details about the game that haven’t already been shared publicly.

Next Battlefield Release Expected Before April 2026

Details about the upcoming Battlefield installment have been trickling out, with the publisher confirming last year that the game would return to the modern era. Recently, EA introduced Battlefield Labs, a new testing program allowing registered players to try the game and provide feedback on their experiences.
