Infinity Nikki players have praised some of the in-game changes that were applied with the recent Version 1.1 update. Titled “Shooting Star Season,” the latest Infinity Nikki update celebrates the start of 2025 and includes a login campaign that grants free rewards to returning players.
Infinity Nikki Version 1.1 was released on December 30 as the game’s first major content update with new outfits, quests, and events. Although many fans were pleased with the update’s content, the release wasn’t perfect and several bugs were affecting the gameplay experience for some players. For example, some mobile gamers weren’t pleased with the change in joystick control options in Version 1.1, and the community discovered progression-blocking bugs in some of the main story quests. The developers at Infold Games are working on bug fixes for these issues, and while the community waits for new updates, some fans have pointed out some of the changes they’re pleased with in Version 1.1 thus far.

Firstly, Reddit user MsMaiko and other Infinity Nikki players are happy that the title screen was changed with Version 1.1. Players believe the title screen’s new music is more calming and makes it worth the wait during the game’s maintenance hours. MsMaiko and others thought the Version 1.0 music by Jessie J was too loud, but some believe the original title screen was quite charming and catchy during the game’s launch month.
Infinity Nikki Fans Are Happy With Changes to Title Screen and Revelation Crystals in Version 1.1
Infinity Nikki players like nomnomchezburgers are happy that revelation crystals given out in Version 1.1 are not limited this time around. Revelation crystals can be claimed from the Starwish Gift login campaign on the Infinity Nikki event page, and the crystals can be saved for use in upcoming banners that players would like to draw from. In Version 1.0, hourglass symbols denoted revelation crystals that must be used before they expire, so players didn’t have the flexibility to save their crystals for use in a future update.
Infinity Nikki Version 1.1 will run until January 23 with more limited-time events and new content additions to come. There will likely be more changes in Version 1.2 and beyond, and in the weeks to come, Infinity Nikki is expected to receive some bug fixes to remedy some of the problems that Version 1.1 unfortunately brought with its release.
